CoolSpeK

CoolSpeK은 다양한 UV-Vis 또는 Fluorescence spectrophotometers의 샘플 측정 구역에 배치하여 사용하는 Cryostat입니다.
저온 조건에서의 absorption, fluorescence, circular dichroism의 스펙트럼 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다.
액체 질소를 냉각제로 사용하며, 온도를 -80℃ 에서 +100℃까지 조절할 수 있습니다.

고체 샘플 홀더, 캡이 있는 큐벳 등을 사용할 수 있습니다.

*일부 장비는 CoolSpek을 사용할 경우 뚜껑이 완전히 닫히지 않을 수 있습니다.
